The commute math
Our service area runs roughly 30 to 45 miles northeast of Atlanta along I-85. Garage-door-to-office times depend on your job's location; we map commute scenarios for every town before you commit.
Airport access
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is the world's busiest, about 45 to 60 minutes from most of our communities on a good day. The area is a hub for flights everywhere.
Schools drive values
Gwinnett County Public Schools, Buford City Schools, and Jackson County and Barrow County school districts all serve pieces of our map. District boundaries change; we verify the exact property address every time.
Four seasons, hot summers
Summers are long and warm, fall is spectacular, and winters are mild. Air conditioning is non-negotiable; a yard is a lifestyle choice, not a burden.
Everything is close
